After some months of taking this vitamin, I did Blood Work, and my Vitamin D levels are optimal. I was taking 2 capsules every day, now I am just taking one.
I love this Vitamin D combined with K2. I use to take the Vitamin D3 5000U by itself and my levels were always below 50. Now, finally my levels are above 50.
My vitamin d levels were significantly below normal levels, in the single digits. And after taking this vitamin for a few months consistently, it has greatly improved my levels.
