This is one of my families favorite supplements! It has helped my family when anxiety is up, calm us or if trouble sleeping it helps us fall right to sleep. I have tried other formularies but Physicians Preference Vitamins works best for us.
I like to keep a bottle of Inositol on hand, but I do not use it regularly. I use if when I am taking a proctored exam which helps me calm down and focus on critical thinking instead of being distracted by how anxious I am. I also will grab it on a super crazy day when I feel stressed/anxious. It just works without any negative side effects and the bottle lasts about 9 months for me.
Myself and my daughter use this regularly to help with anxiety and sleep. It is excellent. I make sure to always have it on hand.
