Yeast-Free Almond Pancakes Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup sparkling water
- 1 ½ tbsp. oil
- ¼ tsp. salt
- 1 tbsp. Organic Erythritol Sweetener or Allulose
- ½ tsp. baking powder
Directions:
- Mix ingredients together in a medium-sized bowl.
- Over medium heat, pour or scoop the batter onto a lightly greased skillet (approximately ¼ cup for each).
- Brown on both sides and serve hot.
Optional: Syrup
- Place 1 cup of berries of choice in a blender with 2-6 tbsp. of Organic Erythritol Sweetener or Allulose to taste.
- Blend to desired consistency. Serve warm over pancakes.
