There are some key supplements that I take religiously, and this is one of them. I definitely notice a difference if I miss a few days. The calming blend really helps “take the edge off.”
THIS is something I keep in my purse at all times! I take this as needed when I am having a busy day with a lot curve balls thrown in, or if I am having a stressful week, I take it daily, to be proactive and keep me calm! Also, as an introvert, this helps me when I need to speak to a crowd! Love this product!
